Personal Training
We offer a range of personal training services to suit all ages and abilities. With your preference in mind we can deliver these remotely; at your home; at our outdoor training centre, in our boxing gym, or at the Lync Active fitness centre.
Exercise Classes
We have a wide range of classes for all abilities delivered at our class centre at Manton Sports. All our popular fitness classes are delivered both indoors and outdoors, with our boxing classes taking place in our boxing gym.

Lync Boxing Academy
Boxing training for physical fitness and mental wellbeing, as well as for performance and competing at all levels. We provide a fully equipped boxing gym via our partner business Lync Boxing Academy.
Lync Rugby Performance
We provide technical and performance training for young aspiring rugby players along with active adults to advance training via a variety of different sessions available with our fully qualified Rugby coach at Lync.
Kids Fitness
As a community we believe in supporting the physical & mental wellbeing of our future generation, by utilising a variety of fun training options in 1-2-1 training and group classes with our qualified, experienced and DBS checked coaching staff for peace of mind. We also offer kids camps, which we have been running for several years now.
Corporate Wellbeing
We provide in depth wellbeing programmes for local businesses to help support their staffs physical health and mental wellbeing in the workplace.
We provide a training platform that is accessible to everyone to provide them with the opportunity to experience first-hand the reality of training like an active fighter without being required to compete.
